  1. I purchased a Stair Climbing Multi-Use Tote in about January or February for $29.99 to use to take to our cottage that has stairs. I had used it for the first time on Saturday, May 4, 2019. While I really, really liked it, the plastic that holds the aluminum top rail broke off (one of them) and the other one is cracked. Can you please replace it? Or give me replacement parts? Please let me know. Thank you! 419-355-7387.
