I’m not unfamiliar with the idea of a two-pack. I sometimes get 9-volt batteries in 2-packs. Same with deodorant. Once a year I even spot a two-pack of pop-up lanterns at my local Aldi.
But a two-pack of padded rocking chairs? Nope. Never seen that before. Until now.
What We Know:
The Belavi 2-Pack Padded Rockers (Product Code: 703991) is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. In 2021, the two-pack cost $149.99, while in 2022 the price went up to $179.99. Belavi is an Aldi private label — not a separate company — that made its debut in early 2021.
I’ve been covering Aldi for a while now, and this is one of the more unexpected things I’ve ever seen the grocer sell. While Aldi certainly sells products that retail over $100, it’s strange to see Aldi sell a two-pack of products that retail for that much. After all, why sell two rockers for $180 when you could sell two single rockers for $90 each, or maybe even $80 each?
Aldi is a pretty smart company with smart people, so you figure there’s a good reason for going this route. Whatever it is, I could only guess. It will certainly be interesting to see how well these sell.
In any event, according to Aldi, each chair measures 33.5″ x 27.5″ x 31.5″ and includes accompanying seat and back cushions. The frame consists of e-coated and powder-coated steel construction to help prevent corrosion, and the seat and back cushions are also listed as weather resistant.
The chairs are covered by a 1-year warranty, serviced by TDC, a global trading supplier. We’ve seen Aldi use TDC with a few other products, most recently the Belavi Grill Gazebo.
One more note: each chair has a 245-pound weight capacity. In our experience, going over that is not good, so be mindful if you’re having people over who might be over the weight.
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t tested these particular chairs, so we can’t tell you how well they hold up, either under weight or under the effects of outdoor weather. We do figure that they probably last longer if you can find a place to keep them out of the elements for at least part of the year, especially during times you aren’t using them.

I brought these chairs and love them. They were easy to assemble, all the parts were there. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! I have been trying to get another set but they only sent 2 packs to each store. I got my daughter to buy a set in Delaware. now you cant find them. I even tried to find the company but couldnt. I hope they bring them back.
I just bought this set for $44.99 at Aldi only set left.
We purchased these chairs; 2 boxes, 4 chairs total. We assembled two of the chairs. We left them on the deck. It rained overnight, two days later the chairs already have rust spots in multiple places. We have not yet assembled the chairs in the second box. It’s unlikely that we will. We will be trying to return these.
If you like the chairs is easy to to keep it in good shape for years, just paint it with on can of anti rust paint
I have steel powder coated chairs from a furniture store. I have had them for years. You have to cover them and remove the cushions when not in use.
