Easy Home Portable Vacuum Cleaner Coming to Aldi

This post is an open thread

Aldi sells everything you need to keep your home clean and tidy.

The discount grocery store keeps some cleaning supplies in stock all the time, including disinfectant wipes, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwasher pacs, glass cleaner, and bleach-based cleaners.

Aldi also rotates larger cleaning gadgets and appliances into its stores at different times throughout the year. These are limited-time specials that might include bagless vacuum cleaners, stick vacuums, spin mops, steam mops, spray mops, and wet/dry vacuums.

Most recently, Aldi sold a small, portable handheld vacuum cleaner.

What We Do Know:

Easy Home Portable Vacuum Cleaner

The Easy Home Portable Vacuum Cleaner cost $24.99 in February of 2022.

This is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. (And Aldi won’t ship it to you once it sells out at local stores.)

We have a record of Aldi selling a similar handheld vacuum for the same price in the fall of 2020. So if you miss it this time around, it’s possible Aldi might bring it back to stores in a few years.

Here’s more information on the portable vacuum cleaner:

  • Available in White or Blue
  • Includes a charging station and three nozzles
  • Comes with a washable filter
  • Can be used for wet or dry messes
  • Features a battery indicator light

The portable vacuum cleaner appears to come with a three-year warranty serviced by Protel, which is a common Aldi warranty service provider.

What We Don’t Know:

We have not yet tried the Easy Home Portable Vacuum Cleaner, so we don’t know how well it works or how durable it is. Our goal with open thread posts such as this one is to offer a space for readers to share about their experiences with a product.

  1. The weakest link in these gadgets is the battery. There’s usually no spare available, so when it dies, the item’s junk. Get a brand name item with available replacement parts.

  2. Battery ? It has a charging station. I have one so far so good, low suction though. Great for light messes !

  3. Melody McSweeney

I should have just taken my money and thrown it off my balcony. This is the poorest excuse of a portable vacuum cleaner I have ever used and if I still had my receipt – I’d take it back in a second. Do not waste your money.

  4. Love it but where can I get replacement filters

  5. Used my vaccum once and it doesn’t work , just bought it . How can I get it replaced

    • You can return the broken one to Aldi and see if they still have any more vacuums in stock, or you can contact the company that services the warranty, which is linked to in the post above.

  6. I bought this but it was missing the charger, and I couldn’t return it as I had already used it and didn’t have the receipt anymore Any idea where I could get a replacement cord so that I re-charge it?

    • You can try contacting the company that services the warranty. Also, Aldi is pretty good about recognizing its own products, so you might still be able to return it even without a receipt. Aldi will give you store credit if you return a product with no receipt.

  7. I love mine. I have had it for 4 plus years. Now I need a new one or a new battery. where do I get one
