Coffee is the juice that gets many of us going in the morning, or when we need an afternoon pick-me up. Whether you like your coffee hot or cold, caffeinated or decaf, black, or served like a fancy coffee shop drink, Aldi sells all types of coffee along with different kinds of creamers. The discount grocery store also regularly rotates various coffee makers into its middle aisle. We’ve seen everything from retro coffee makers to single serve coffee makers to espresso machines. We sometimes even see Aldi sell coffee-making accessories such as milk frothers.
Most recently, Aldi is selling an iced coffee maker that is perfect for those warm — or hot — summer mornings when you want a caffeine fix, but the last thing you want to do is drink a heated beverage. This iced coffee maker is sold under the Ambiano brand, which is not a separate company but is instead an Aldi private label that encompasses various kitchen gadgets.
What We Know:
The Ambiano Iced Coffee Maker (Product Code: 707293) cost $24.99 in May of 2023, which is the same price it also went for in September of 2022. We found several iced coffee makers or cold brew coffee makers on Amazon that were around the same price or a few dollars cheaper, but you can also find these types of coffee makers selling for a lot more. So the Aldi one appears to be competitively priced, if not the cheapest coffee maker on the market.
The current Aldi iced coffee maker is an Aldi find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back at some point. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that aren’t in stock at your local store.

What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t tried this iced coffee maker, so we don’t know how well it works or how durable it is. We also don’t yet know if this comes with any kind of warranty. We write open threads so readers can share their own experiences with Aldi products.

I’m so curious to find out if this iced coffee machine works well. I might just spend the $25 to find out. 😆 I drink iced coffee pretty much exclusively (with rare exceptions), so this ends up doing the job, that would be a very worthwhile investment for me. I saw it at Aldi the other day and contemplated buying it, but didn’t want to spend the money at the time. I was hoping to find some video reviews on YouTube, but I haven’t found any just yet.

I bought this, and it works well. The manual is almost exactly the same as the Mr. Coffee ice coffee maker, which is available on Amazon (also for $24.99). I think it’s safe to say that it’s essentially the same product as Mr. Coffee.
I purchased this iced coffee maker a few days ago, and it was on sale for $12 at my local Aldi. Just made my first coffee and it is delicious. Very easy to use and well worth the price. Caution: don’t plug it in until you’ve added everything and closed the lid. It starts releasing the hot water almost immediately after you’ve plugged it in.
Perhaps the one I bought was defective. The LED light never came on however, the unit it self began to heat up and became very hot to touch and smelled of burning plastic. The water never got hot. Will be returning.
I just got this today, filled it with water and coffee, but it is not giving me ANYTHING. I will be returning this thing tomorrow. Not happy.
I’ve bought this and I’ve only used it once and the water doesn’t flow as they say it should also the power switch on the side doesn’t stay on?so don’t know what the problem is any ideas would be grateful.
