I’m always looking for easy snacks my kids can pack for their lunches or for snacks at various activities. Aldi has several good options, including some fruit and grain bars, various granola bars, dried fruit, trail mix, applesauce cups, and more.
While they’re heavier on the carbs so I don’t buy them all the time, we do sometimes enjoy snacks such as Nabisco Teddy Grahams. These cute teddy bear-shaped snacks are fun for eating at home or on the go. Aldi sells its own take on Teddy Grahams. The discount grocer offers Mini Bear Grahams available in small single-serve packs in either honey or chocolate flavors. These are sold under the Aldi Benton’s brand name, which is not a separate company but instead is the private label Aldi uses for many of its cookie products.
Benton’s Mini Bear Grahams cost $3.19 for a 12-ounce box at the time of publication. Each box contains twelve 1-ounce packs of mini bear grahams. That comes out to about 27 cents per ounce or 27 cents per serving. For comparison, a 12-pack, 12-ounce box of Nabisco Teddy Grahams cost $5.72 or about 48 cents per ounce or per serving at Walmart at the time of writing. Aldi only sells the Mini Bear Grahams in boxes with individual serving packs, and you might think it would be cheaper to buy a box of name-brand Teddy Grahams that haven’t been pre-portioned, but that was not the case for me at the time of writing, when a 10-ounce box of Teddy Grahams at Walmart cost about 37 cents per ounce. That makes the Aldi version the cheapest option I’ve seen.
These Aldi snacks are a Regular Buy, so you should be able to buy them at Aldi any time of year.

Their first few ingredients include graham flour (whole grain wheat flour), sugar, and shortening (palm and/or canola oils).
The ingredients and nutrition panels are nearly identical to name-brand Nabisco honey and chocolate Teddy Grahams, with one of the differences being that the Nabisco bears also have enriched unbleached flour to add a few vitamins. The Aldi Mini Bear Grahams also contain invert sugar, which has a lower moisture content than regular sugar, which helps improve shelf life. Both the Aldi version and the name-brand version contain natural flavor and do not have any high fructose corn syrup.
These Aldi grahams are advertised as school friendly, having been made in a nut-free facility. If you’re looking out for allergens, these Aldi bear grahams do contain wheat, egg, soy, and milk.
My family loves these little graham cracker snacks and can’t really tell the difference between the Aldi version and the Nabisco version. We like both flavors. The only disadvantage to the Aldi grahams is that we’re limited to two flavors while name-brand Teddy Grahams come in additional flavors such as cinnamon or chocolatey chip. It would also be nice if these came in larger boxes instead of only in single-serve bags that create more waste. For now, though, these are a nice lunch box treat.

One 28-gram serving has 130 calories, 4.5 grams of total fat (6% DV), 1 gram of saturated fat (5% DV), 100 mg of sodium (4% DV), 21 grams of total carbohydrates (8% DV), and 9 grams of added sugars (18% DV).
The Verdict:
Benton’s Mini Bear Grahams come in honey or chocolate flavors and are sold in boxes that contain 12 individually packaged servings. That makes these a fun addition to lunch boxes or whenever you want a snack on the go. Our family likes these so much that we don’t miss name-brand Nabisco Teddy Grahams.
