A few years ago, Aldi introduced a velvet plush comforter set that was an instant hit with super fans. This soft bedding set was comfortable and Instagram-worthy, and customers scooped the sets up in stores.
While the velvet plush comforter tends to get the most attention, Aldi also occasionally sells some other velvet plush items, including a velvet plush sherpa throw (which I highly recommend!) and a velvet plush sheet set. Here, I’m taking a look at the velvet plush sheet set.
What We Know:

The Huntington Home Velvet Plush Sheet Set (Product Code: 56937) cost $29.99 in October of 2023, which is $10 less than the $39.99 it cost in October of 2022. You’ll have a hard time finding velvet plush sheets for less. Most sets I saw on Amazon started in the $50 range and go up from there.
This sheet set is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and once that sells out, they’re gone unless Aldi brings them back at some point. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that aren’t at your local store.
Here’s more information about the 2023 sheet set, according to Aldi:
- Available in King or Queen sizes
- Made of 100% polyester
- Designs include Geo Pattern, Gray, or Beige
- Soft and comfortable with natural stretch for a snug fit
- Breathable fabric
- Fits mattress up to 17″ deep
- Queen set includes: 100″ x 90″ flat sheet, 80″ x 60″ fitted sheet, and four 20.5” x 32” pillowcases
- King set includes: 100″ x 108″ flat sheet, 80″ x 78″ fitted sheet, and four 20.5″ x 36″ pillowcases
- OEKO-TEX certified
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t yet tried this velvet plush sheet set, so we don’t know how comfortable it is, how well it washes, or how it holds up to use. We write open threads to give our readers the opportunity to talk about their experiences with Aldi products.

This summer our local Aldi had a small powder coated small patio table. I purchased one then went back for another. It was sold out. So if you find something you like better grab it. I missed the opportunity. Love this little table. It fits perfectly on my front porch. Perhaps next summer they will have some more.
If and when you can find Aldi’s Huntington Home Velvet Plush sheets , they are so worth the money. Sooo comfortable, soft & warm. They launder great. Had mine for 2 winters now & they haven’t got the ball on the underside like fleece does after a season’s use. I want to find them in grays.
I absolutely love the Huntington Home Velvet Plush sheets. Last year I bought a set for my 16yr old granddaughter who thought they were the most comfortable sheets she had ever slept on. This year I bought my 13 year old grandson a set and he too snuggled right into the softness. After seeing his reaction, I went back and bought myself a set. Oh my goodness! They are so silky soft, warm and cozy. After several washes they are still performing perfectly.
Guess I’m going to have to look for these sheets next time they show up in the Aldi ad. Thanks for the info!
I agree, the Huntington Home velvet plush sheet set is fabulous!! I went to get another one and of course they are gone. Crossing my fingers they will be available again at some point!!
