Observing Lent at Aldi

Last Updated on March 3, 2021

EDITOR’S NOTE: Updated for the 2021 season.

Aldi has a lot of good seafood options throughout the year, including shrimp, salmon, tilapia, cod, and breaded fish fillets. But during Lent, a number of both new and familiar Aldi Find (Special Buy) seafood items show up in Aldi’s freezer and refrigerator cases in addition to Regular Buy selections. Here is our roundup of some of the Aldi Find Lenten dinner options at Aldi.

We’ll update as Aldi adds new products each week, so be sure to check back here later. Also keep in mind that product selection may change from year to year, and these are only available while supplies last, so you may not be able to purchase them throughout the entire season of Lent.

  1. I wish they would bring back the Salmon Chipotle burgers. Loved those things.
