Each week we highlight a few of the more interesting items in the upcoming Aldi ad. Note that, in our area, the ad takes effect on Wednesday, but in some areas it may take effect as early as today, Sunday.
We noticed this week’s print ad is considerably smaller, with fewer ALDI Finds. We assume this is because of the current pandemic situation, which may be deterring people from flocking to the middle aisle as much. This week’s theme is yard and garden supplies, outdoor grilling, closet organization, and clothing and footwear.
The Most Interesting Thing We Saw:
- Crofton Guacamole Keeper, $6.99. If you’re a fan of guacamole dip, you know that avocados — the primary component of guacamole — turn brown pretty quickly after they’ve been sliced. This device has a 4-cup capacity and claims to keep guacamole fresh “for days.”
