  1. DO NOT PURCHASE the CROFTON STIR-fry WOK PAN. I did about 3 months ago. It peeled some kind of metallic looking skin into the stir fry I made. The first time I noticed a discoloration in the bowl of the pan while cleaning and drying. A closer inspection revealed a bubble looking defect in the skin (that’s all I can call the non-stick surface). Of course, I was furious because some of that peeled substance went into our meal!! Of course, this is the only place online, that I could find, to get this message out. It would be terrible for someone to become sick from another defective product.
