Each week we highlight a few of the more interesting items in the upcoming Aldi ad. Note that, in our area, the ad takes effect on Wednesday, but in some areas it may take effect as early as today, Sunday.
This week’s theme includes our first glimpse of Christmas decorations along with toys, holiday-themed pajamas and slippers, outdoor clothing, and pet clothing.
The Most Interesting Thing We Saw:
- Merry Moments 14″ Nostalgic Tree, $24.99. Ceramic Christmas trees have been around since as early as the 1940s, and I remember my grandmother used to set one out every Christmas, but they’ve made a recent comeback in terms of popularity. A lot of retailers sell similar retro trees at higher prices, so this isn’t a bad deal if you’re looking for a ceramic tree and haven’t been able to find one at a thrift store. This one requires three C batteries (not included) and includes a four-hour timer.
