EDITOR’S NOTE: This review is from December of 2025. We’ve updated this review for 2026. Aldi is selling Sip Your Way Bottles again the week of April 15th, 2026, for the same price of $7.99.

Owala water bottles have become the latest trend when it comes to staying hydrated. The brand’s most popular bottles are designed so you can sip through a straw or open the lid to drink. Owala water bottles start around $30 for a 24-ounce bottle, and you’ll pay more if you buy a bottle in a larger size.

Or, you can buy a knockoff Owala from Aldi for a limited time, while supplies last.

The Adventuridge Sip Your Way Bottle is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store should receive one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is out of stock at your local store.

We bought this in December of 2025. This is most recently scheduled to arrive in stores April 15th, 2026.

The 24-ounce bottle costs $7.99 in 2025 and 2026. That’s a lot cheaper than Owala bottles I found on Amazon. This bottle is comparable to the Free Sip bottle from Owala.

The Aldi bottle comes in blue, purple, navy, or pink. I bought the purple bottle.

The Adventuridge brand that this is sold under is not a company or manufacturer. Rather, it’s the name Aldi puts on outdoor / recreational gear it sells, which it sources from various suppliers.

Using the Sip Your Way Bottle:

This bottle comes with several features.

From there, you can either drink from the main opening, or there’s a straw attached. Which way you prefer depends on whether you want to sip or gulp.

For cleaning, you can unscrew the lid, and the straw also comes out.

The straw is nestled inside a flexible mouthpiece, and you can remove that for cleaning as well.

Note how the straw can be removed from the mouthpiece.

We were gifted a couple of Owala water bottles for Christmas, so we have a few months of experience using both the name brand and the Aldi version. The Aldi dupe looks a lot like an Owala and functions in the same way. The Aldi bottle is easy to use and does a good job of keeping water cold. Overall, we like it.

The Verdict:

The Adventuridge Sip Your Way Bottle at Aldi is an imitation of a name-brand Owala Free Sip bottle. An Owala bottle will cost you at least $30, but the Aldi version is only $8. It looks and functions like an Owala, and we have no complaints.

  1. Where can you get a replacement lid for this? The spring popped out of my lid and it’s not very useful. I would hate to throw the whole bottle away. I have looked all over with no luck.

  2. I bought two and both of them the spring popped out of the push button lid within first 2 weeks of use.

  3. I just did a google search on this bottle and your blog came up. We absolutely LOVED this water bottle, but it started growing mold in the lid! We are very sad because we loved it so much, but I guess that is what you get with a $7.99 water bottle. 🙁 I was hoping to see if I could find a replacement lid anywhere but it doesn’t look like it.

    1. Wondering the same thing since I’m dealing with mold also. Let me know if you find a replacement lid.

  4. Are users concerned about the P65 warning for nickel exposure? I haven’t seen this label on other water bottles.
Maybe because a different label is used for states other than CA.
I bought these for my grandkids to use and want to take precautions.

  5. I purchased two of these water bottles in Spring of 2026, and both of them have grown mold on all of the silicone pieces. I have boiled the silicone and treated with tea tree and peppermint oil, but the mold will not stay away. I was hoping to find a better quality replacement lid as the body of the bottle is just fine. But I feel this silicone is prone to growing mold and will not continue to use these bottles.
