Mama Cozzi’s Single-Serve Take & Bake Pepperoni Pizza
Whenever I see Aldi selling a new or limited-edition pizza, I often take notice. The grocer rotates some very good pizzas though its freezer and refrigerated aisles. One of the most recent pizzas to show up at the discount grocer is a single-serving take & bake pizza. Aldi has a special fan following when it comes to its various refrigerated take & bake pizzas, so I picked this one up to try.
The Mama Cozzi’s Single-Serve Take & Bake Pepperoni Pizza is an Aldi Find. That means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store should get one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is out of stock at your local store. This was scheduled to be available at Aldi starting September 10th, 2025, while supplies last.
As with all Aldi products we review, I bought this with my own funds. I paid $3.89 for a 9.2-ounce pizza at my local Aldi in 2025. That comes out to about 42 cents per ounce.

If you’re looking out for allergens, this contains wheat, milk, and soy.
This naturally has lots of the things you might want to limit, such as fat, saturated fat, and carbs. It also has much more sodium than I typically see in a grocery store pizza.
One pizza makes one serving, which has 630 calories, 26 grams of total fat (33% DV), 12 grams of saturated fat (60% DV), 1,560 mg of sodium (68% DV), 71 grams of total carbohydrates (26% DV), 4 grams of dietary fiber (14% DV), 8 grams of total sugars, 4 grams of added sugars (8% DV), and 28 grams of protein.
The package has directions for baking this in a conventional oven. It says not to microwave the pizza.
To bake, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Remove the pizza from the packaging and place the (not frozen) pizza directly on the center rack in the oven. Do not bake the pizza on the cardboard tray that’s part of the packaging. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before enjoying.
I opted to bake this pizza in a countertop pizza grill I purchased from Aldi, in part because my family likes the pizza grill, but also because the heating element in my regular oven died on the day I bought this pizza. I baked it at 425 degrees for about 14 minutes, as cooking takes slightly longer in the pizza grill compared to a traditional oven.

This had five pieces of pepperoni, and they were all on one side of the pizza. I opted not to spread the pepperoni around because I intended to cut the pizza into four pieces for my family to sample, and some people prefer cheese pizza, so it worked out okay.

My family all happily ate their pizza samples. My husband and I agreed this is a good pizza, but not necessarily a standout pizza. The crust is medium thickness, and it came out of my pizza grill soft and chewy. It’s topped with a good amount of pizza sauce and cheese.
The Verdict:
The Mama Cozzi’s Single-Serve Take & Bake Pepperoni Pizza is a limited-edition refrigerated pizza at Aldi. It tastes fine but isn’t the most memorable pizza we’ve had. It’s also loaded with calories, fat, saturated fat, sodium, and carbs.
