Decorate for Christmas with Merry Moments LED Novelty String Lights

The most recent Aldi ad kicked off the Christmas season with a slate of holiday items. Products scheduled to arrive soon in the middle aisle include everything from miniature Christmas trees to snow globe candles to snowman-shaped plates, gingerbread house-shaped mugs, and tabletop ceramic nostalgic trees.

Among all the holiday cheer, some novelty light strings caught our attention. These feature various holiday figures such as Santa faces, snowmen, and even retro pickup trucks with Christmas trees. They have a lighted length of nearly five feet and are good for indoor use only.

What We Know:

Merry Moments LED Novelty String Lights (Product Code: 46228) are an Aldi Find, which means they’re only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, they’re gone unless Aldi decides to bring them back next Christmas. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that are sold out at your local store.

These are scheduled to arrive at Aldi October 23rd, 2024.

Merry Moments LED Novelty String Lights cost $4.99 at the time of publication. That appears to be on the lower end of prices for other novelty light strings or holiday character light strings online.

These lights are sold under the Merry Moments brand. There is not a company called Merry Moments. Instead, that’s the private label name that Aldi puts on its Christmas products, which it might source from various different suppliers.

What We Don’t Know:
