Ottomans can be an underrated piece of furniture. They’re multifunctional, serving as a footrest, a small table, or even extra seating in some cases. Some ottomans even offer hidden storage.

I’ve purchased several ottomans from Aldi over the years, including a decorative ottoman that gets regular use as a footrest or side table in my living room. I also own a large rectangular storage ottoman from Aldi that doubles as a bench seat and stores lots of throw blankets. In addition, one of my kids has a dragon-themed ottoman from Aldi.

The newest ottoman to hit the middle aisle at Aldi is a sherpa storage ottoman. It features fluffy white sherpa material with wooden legs and an interior storage compartment.

What We Know:

SOHL Furniture Sherpa Ottoman

The SOHL Furniture Sherpa Ottoman (Product Code: 711292) is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is sold out at your local store.

This is scheduled to arrive in stores on March 6th, 2024.

The SOHL Furniture Sherpa Ottoman cost $34.99 at the time of publication. That’s quite a bit less than most other sherpa ottomans on Amazon.

Here’s more information about the Aldi ottoman:

  • Dimensions: 21 in. L x 21 in. W x 18.5 in. H
  • Multi-functional for foot rest and storage
  • Easy to assemble

This is sold under the SOHL Furniture brand, which is not a company. It’s the private label Aldi uses for furniture.

What We Don’t Know:

We haven’t tried this ottoman, so we don’t know how easy it is to assemble, how durable it is, or what kind of weight limit it may have. Also, Aldi has not yet published information about whether this comes with any kind of warranty. We write open threads so readers have a place to discuss Aldi products.
