Aldi Selling a Dupe of Free People Quilted Carryall

Aldi is always up for attempts at imitating pricey name brands. One of the latest products to show up in the grocer’s middle aisle is a knockoff of a Free People FP Movement Quilted Carryall.
Free People, also sometimes known as FP Movement, is an online retailer that sells a variety of clothing, shoes, bags, health and beauty products, and fitness gear. They can be expensive. The Free People FP Movement Quilted Carryall Bag that Aldi is imitating sells for $68 currently on Free People’s website.
In contrast, the Aldi bag is just $19.99. Let’s take a closer look at the Aldi dupe below.
What We Know:
The LIVE IN STYLE Quilted Carry All Tote ( Product Code: 838327) is an Aldi Find. That means it’s in stores for only a limited time. Each store will get one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that are sold out at your local store.
This is scheduled to arrive at Aldi October 16th, 2024.
The LIVE IN STYLE Quilted Carry All Tote cost $19.99 at the time of publication.
Again, that’s a lot less than a Free People FP Movement Quilted Carryall that sells for three times the Aldi price. I also found other quilted carryall bag brands online that, for the most part, still cost more than the Aldi carryall.

This is sold under the LIVE IN STYLE brand, which is an Aldi house brand. There is no company called LIVE IN STYLE. It’s simply the name Aldi puts on its various purses and bags, which it may source from various suppliers.
What We Don’t Know:
