EDITOR’S NOTE: Read our full review of the Crofton Popcorn Maker here.
People tend to either love or hate microwaves. For some people, microwaves are the ultimate convenient kitchen appliance, offering a fast way to heat or cook everything from popcorn to pizza rolls to leftovers to those steamable bags of frozen veggies. Other people prefer to go more of an old school route and cook things on the stove top or in a conventional oven.
If you are a microwave user, Aldi occasionally sells some kitchen accessories specifically designed for microwave cooking. We’ve seen the discount grocery store sell products for making omelets and poached eggs in the microwave for a fast and easy breakfast. Aldi also sells a product that makes popcorn in the microwave, which is great for a movie night or any time you want a snack.
What We Know:
The Crofton Popcorn Maker, Omelet Maker, and Egg Poacher (Product Code: 701715) each cost $4.99. That’s on the lower end of prices we’ve seen for similar popcorn makers, omelet makers, and egg poachers on Amazon.
These are Aldi Finds, so they’re only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, these are gone unless Aldi decides to bring them back at some point. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that aren’t in stock at your local store.
If you miss out on buying these this time around, Aldi does appear to bring some of them back from time to time. The last time we saw Aldi sell both the popcorn maker and the omelet maker was in the fall of 2021, when they sold for the same price of $4.99 each.
Here’s more information on the omelet maker, popcorn maker, and egg poacher, according to Aldi:

What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t tried the popcorn maker, omelet maker, or egg poacher yet, so we don’t know how well they work or how durable they are. We also don’t know if they’re BPA free or how well these hold up to frequent microwave use. We write open threads so readers can talk about their own experiences with Aldi products.

Hubs bought the omelet maker. It does not in fact come with instructions 😄
That’s how I found your site, searching for instructions.
