Aldi Stocking Olympic-Themed Gear Just in Time for Paris 2024

That’s the day opening ceremonies for the 2024 Summer Olympics commence in Paris, France. While some competitions will technically begin two days earlier, on July 24, the pageantry and spectacle of the opening ceremonies marks the symbolic start to this intensely watched international competition. From then until the close of the games on August 11, the Olympics and its many subplots will dominate the world news.
As most shoppers know, Aldi is a German company (technically two German companies) but that doesn’t stop the grocer from putting on a patriotic American face during certain times of the year. The Summer Olympics is no different, with the grocer dishing out a few pieces of USA-themed items to get hyped up for the Games.
All of these are limited-time Aldi Finds, which means stores will only get one shipment of each. Once they’re sold out, you won’t be able to get them in stores again until they come back … and since the Olympics don’t exactly happen every year, that could be a while. If you can’t find these items in your store, you’re probably out of luck and can’t order these online.
Most stores will get these items in on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, exactly one week before the first Olympic events get under way.
