Bake Shop Carrot Cake Sandwich Cookies are Hopping Into Aldi

Easter and spring products are flooding into Aldi stores right now. The aisles are filled with candy for egg hunts, specialty chocolate, bunny-shaped cookies, pies, egg decorating kits, spiral hams, Easter basket fillers, and all kinds of decorations.

Carrot cake is a spring staple I often see at Aldi. I also sometimes see interesting twists on a traditional carrot cake. For instance, Aldi is selling carrot cake sandwich cookies as a limited-time special. If you want something with a smaller serving size that’s also a little more portable than a regular cake, these might be worth dropping in your shopping cart.

What We Know:

Bake Shop Carrot Cake Sandwich Cookies

Bake Shop Carrot Cake Sandwich Cookies are an Aldi Find, so they’re only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and once that’s sold out, they’re gone until next year. If these are sold out at your local store, you can’t order them online from Aldi.

These are scheduled to arrive in stores on March 13th, 2024.

Bake Shop Carrot Cake Sandwich Cookies cost $4.79 for a 15.5-ounce package at the time of publication. Each package contains 12 cookies, which comes out to about 40 cents per cookie.

The package describes these as “carrot cake cookies with cream cheese filling.”

As is the case with many Aldi baked goods, these should freeze well if you want to save them for after the spring season.

  1. I’ve gotten these twice in the last year or so. They’re delicious! The cookies are thick and soft and the filling is a nice complement.

  2. Perfect little snack. Love them so get them while you can.
