Barissimo Caramel Macchiato Coffee + Crème Brûlée Coffee Return to Aldi
This post is an open thread.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Updated for the winter of 2026.
When you think of coffee shop drinks, you might not necessarily think of Aldi. However, the little discount grocery store carries some surprisingly good coffee varieties, both as everyday Regular Buys and as limited-time specials, known as Aldi Finds.
The week of February 11th, 2026, Aldi is once again selling some unique flavored coffee blends in caramel macchiato and crème brûlée varieties.
What We Know:
Barissimo Caramel Macchiato Coffee and Barissimo Crème Brûlée Coffee are Aldi Finds. That means they’re in stores for just a short time. Each store should get one shipment, and after that sells out, they’re gone until whenever Aldi might decide to bring them back. Aldi does not offer online ordering for these coffees if they’re sold out at your local store.
These cost $6.69 for a 12-ounce package in 2026. The price for these jumped substantially starting in the latter half of 2025. They were $6.29 in October of 2025, up $4.95 in February of 2025, and they were $4.39 in June of 2024.
Both flavors are Rainforest Alliance certified.

These are made with 100% Arabica coffee and natural and artificial flavors. The caramel macchiato flavor is a light roast and is described as “sweet & smooth” featuring a blend of caramel and sweet cream. The crèmebBrûlée flavor is medium-bodied and is described as “rich & creamy” with “sweet vanilla flavor and slight caramel finish.”

Brewing instructions are the same for both coffee flavors. To brew regular hot coffee, use cold water and add 2 rounded tablespoons of coffee per every 6 ounces of water.
For cold brew, in an airtight jar, combine 1 cup of ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Steep for 12-24 hours. Strain the coffee grounds through a cheesecloth or use a French press to filter. Add additional cold water to the cold brew to desired strength. Enjoy black, or add milk and sugar to taste.
For iced coffee, brew coffee double strength by using 4 rounded tablespoons per every 6 ounces of cold water. Let cool, and pour over ice. Enjoy black, or add milk and sugar to taste.
The package recommends storing these coffee grounds in an opaque, airtight container.

What We Don’t Know:
Aldi sells a lot of different products, and we haven’t yet tried these. In the meantime, we’ve written this open thread to give readers a place to discuss these coffees.

Picked these up this weekend. The caramel one tastes a little burnt to me, less of a light roast then the crème brûlée.
