Bestway Fast Set Pool with Pump Coming to Aldi

With summer around the corner, this is the time of year when I sometimes pay attention to the ads for quick set or small frame pools. I always wonder if it’s worth the setup and maintenance to have a small pool in the backyard for the kids. Ultimately, my family resorts to just enjoying the local community pool, relatives’ pools, and the various hotel pools, lakes, and other bodies of water we swim in during vacation travels.
If you want a pool, though, Aldi sells them in all shapes and sizes at different times during the spring and summer. Over the years, I’ve seen inflatable pools, frame pools, and quick set pools at Aldi.
The discount grocer is selling a 10-foot diameter, 30-inch deep pool with an inflatable top ring just in time for the 2025 swimming season.
What We Know:
The Bestway Fast Set Pool with Pump is an Aldi Find. That means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is out of stock at your local store.
This pool is scheduled to arrive in Aldi stores May 14th, 2025.
The pool cost $49.99 at Aldi in May of 2025.
Aldi has not published any details about this pool other than its size of 10′ x 30″ and the fact that it comes with a pump.
Bestway is a brand that is not exclusive to Aldi. You can find Bestway products at most big box retailers. Bestway specializes in pools, pool accessories, and other inflatables such as kayaks and bounce houses.
I found the same Bestway Fast Set pool for sale on Walmart’s website and on Amazon. Both of those retailers are selling it for $78.71 as of May of 2025, so the Aldi price is a good deal.
The pool has 3.5 out of 5 stars on Walmart’s site, and it has 4 out of 5 stars on Amazon. The most common complaints appear to be that the ring doesn’t always stay inflated, and some people say the pump is underpowered. There is the also a risk that the pool may develop a hole or tear. Additionally, setup is easier if you have a level surface to place the pool on.
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t yet tried this pool, so we can’t speak personally to how easily it sets up or how durable it is. We write open threads to give readers a place to talk about Aldi products.
