Crofton Farmhouse Cast Iron Braisers Headed to Aldi
This post is an open thread and contains affiliate links.
As spring approaches, Aldi often stocks cookware and other kitchen items in fresh pastel colors and floral or fruit prints. These pieces can be gorgeous on an Easter table spread, but they’re also pretty enough to use year round.
In 2026, the Aldi ad features tea kettles, ceramic bakers, cast iron Dutch ovens, and various serving utensils all in spring patterns and hues.
Also among them is a cast iron braiser that comes in pretty colors and prints.
What We Know:

The Crofton Farmhouse Cast Iron Braiser is an Aldi Find. That means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store should receive one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is out of stock at your local store.
This is scheduled to arrive in stores March 11th, 2026.
The braiser cost $19.99 in 2026. That’s cheaper than other cast iron braisers on Amazon.
It’s available in three colors/designs in 2026: blue, floral, or lemons.

This is sold under the Crofton brand. That’s not a manufacturer or company. Instead, it’s the name Aldi puts on kitchen products it sells, which it sources from various suppliers.
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t yet purchased this cast iron braiser, so we don’t know how well it works or how durable it is. Also, Aldi has not published details in its online ad about the braiser, so we don’t know its dimensions or capacity.
In addition, we have important questions about the interior surface. While the outside of the braiser appears to have an enamel coating, the photos in the ad make it look like the inside of the braiser may have a traditional cast iron surface. We won’t know about that detail for certain until these braisers arrive in stores.
In the meantime, we write open threads like this to give readers a place to discuss Aldi products.
