Aldi is known to offer bathroom products from time to time. Sometimes the grocer will sell bathroom accessories like rugs, while other times we see actual showerheads in the middle aisle. Recently we noticed that Aldi was selling a few organizational items for the bathroom. As our bathrooms are on the small side, we decided to try them out.
The Easy Home Large Shower Caddy and the Easy Home Mirrored Vanity Tray are both ALDI Finds, meaning they’re only in stores for a limited time. (We stumbled on them in mid-January.) The shower caddy ran us $9.99, while the mirrored tray was $7.99.
Easy Home Large Shower Caddy

The Easy Home Large Shower Caddy measures 15.1 inches wide, 4.6 inches deep, and 24 inches tall. It hooks to the showerhead and also attaches to the wall by way of two anti-slip suction cups. Ours came in an oil-rubbed bronze finish and claims to be rust resistant.
According to the packaging, it’s a product of China. It does not come with any warranty.

The caddy comes with a number of features. It has large baskets for holding soap and body wash (it fit our larger family sized bottles), a small basket for soap bars, and hooks that could be used to hold shower poofs or razors. The basket also has small circles that the box says can be used for dispensing soap and shampoo from bottles that are placed upside down on the caddy, although none of our current bottles appear to be the correct size for that.
On first impression, it appears to be a pretty solid caddy. It has a nice collection of spaces and seems to hold nicely to the wall and to the showerhead. I like the fact that the top hook has a rubber cover to avoid scratching the showerhead pipe, and I appreciate the overall layout. I will say that the soap tray is a little cramped in terms of space above it, so if you have really large hands you might not like it as much.
My biggest question is how it will hold up under all the shower water and humidity it will get. I’ll update this post as I learn more.
Easy Home Mirrored Vanity Tray

The Easy Home Mirrored Vanity Tray measures 14 inches wide by 7 inches deep by 2.24 inches tall. Ours came in a satin nickel finish, and other finishes were available. It was made in China and claims to be rust resistant, which is important because it will be used in a bathroom. We’ll see how well it lives up to its promise over time.
We placed ours on a small bathroom shelf to help corral toothbrush holders, air freshener, razors, and other small items. It replaced a plastic basket, and it ups the style factor in our bathroom. Its low profile also means we can easily see and reach everything on the tray. This could easily work for storing cosmetics, jewelry, or toiletries on top of a dresser in a bedroom as well.

The Verdict:
Both the Easy Home Large Shower Caddy and the Easy Home Mirrored Vanity Tray look like promising bathroom accessories. Time will tell how they hold up under water, humidity, and overall use.
What’s the verdict? We saw them and tempted to buy too.
Both are still in pretty good shape up to this point.
