Enjoy Dessert with the liveGfree Gluten Free Cheesecake Supreme Sampler

If you eat a gluten free diet, Aldi is known for its liveGfree house brand that features an array of everyday gluten free options such as chicken nuggets, bread, and brownie mix, plus rotating limited-time specials such as pizza dough, English muffins, and egg rolls. Gluten free food from Aldi is pretty good, too. The brownie mix is a personal favorite of mine; it’s one of the most fudgy mixes I’ve tried.
This week, Aldi is selling a limited-edition gluten free cheesecake sampler that features four different flavors: chocolate chip, lemon swirl, New York style, and strawberry swirl. The cheesecake is certified gluten free.
The liveGfree Gluten Free Cheesecake Supreme Sampler is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and it’s not restocked after that sells out. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that are sold out at your local store.
This cost $10.99 for a 32-ounce package at the time of publication. That’s about 34 cents per ounce. One box has two servings of each flavor, for a total of eight servings. That comes out to about $1.37 per serving.
If you’re looking out for allergens, these contain eggs and milk. Naturally, these are gluten free, wheat free, and soy free.
These do contain some processed ingredients, including guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan.
Nutrition information varies a bit depending on the flavor. A one-slice serving has 400-440 calories, 21-24 grams of total fat (27-31% DV), 11-13 grams of saturated fat (55-65% DV), 300-330 mg of sodium (13-14% DV), 46-49 grams of total carbohydrates (17-18% DV), no dietary fiber, 29-31 grams of total sugars, 24-29 grams of added sugars (24-29% DV), and 4 grams of protein. Also, the New York style and lemon swirl flavors have 0.5 grams of trans fat.
The back of the box has serving directions. Keep the cheesecake frozen until you’re ready to serve it. Thaw wrapped cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours before serving. Return any uneaten thawed cheesecake to the refrigerator, and consume within seven days.
