LIVE IN STYLE Foldable Duffle

In the earlier days of this website, back in 2018, we bought a foldable duffle bag from Aldi and reviewed it. The bag was so practical and functional that we went back and bought one for every member of our household. For the past eight years, those folding duffle bags have been our go-to bags when we go on road trips. The bags are compact, taking up minimal extra space in our vehicle’s trunk, and yet they are large enough to carry everything we need for several days.
Even better, they can fold into a pouch-sized packet if we want them to. This makes them useful if you’re going somewhere you anticipate buying souvenirs or coming home with other extra items. You can tuck a folded bag into your luggage, then open it up to use on the return trip.
Those 2018 duffle bags are getting older at this point. While they’re still going strong, with no major signs of wear or tear, I took note when I saw Aldi was selling more foldable duffle bags the other day.
The LIVE IN STYLE Foldable Duffle is an Aldi Find. That means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store should receive one shipment. After that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is out of stock at your local store.
This was scheduled to arrive in stores April 8th, 2026.
The duffle cost $4.99 in 2026. That’s less than other folding duffle bags on Amazon.
The bag came in blue or black. I bought the blue one. We buy Aldi products for review using our own funds.

This is sold under the LIVE IN STYLE brand. That’s not a manufacturer. Rather, it’s the name Aldi puts on bags and luggage it sells, which it sources from various suppliers.
Using the Foldable Duffle:
The entire bag tucks inside a small zippered pouch. When unfolded, that pouch is inside the larger bag, and it’s a nice spot for holding keys, makeup, or other small items. There’s just that one small pouch and the larger bag, with no other compartments.
I found this bag to be about 20 inches wide by 15 inches tall when I held a tape measure to it. It’s good for an overnight trip or a short road trip or vacation. This is also a good-sized bag for taking to sports practices, swim lessons, or other outings or events where you need a medium-sized bag.
The material this bag is made of is on the thin side, so I don’t know how well it will hold up to use. I like the bag so far and will add it to my family’s collection of bags for vacations and trips. I’ll update this post later after we’ve had a chance to put it to more use.
The Verdict:
The LIVE IN STYLE Foldable Duffle is a nice option if you need a bag but want to be able to store it sometimes. It’s large enough to hold your belongings for a short trip, and it folds up small enough to fit in a purse or backpack. It’s also a lot cheaper than similar folding bags on the market.
