Some Aldi products are cult favorites. The accent cabinet. The “red bag” chicken. The 3-wick candles. One item that made an unexpected splash a few years ago when it debuted was a velvet comforter set. Aldi superfans rushed to pick up the plush, soft blankets for their beds. People loved how luxurious and comfortable the velvet comforters were, and they looked Instagram-worthy, too.

At Aldi, good things often come back around eventually. That is now the case with the velvet comforter set. It’s coming back to Aldi in two different colors. So you have another chance to buy this hot seller.

What We Know:

Huntington Home Velvet Comforter or Quilt Set

The Gray set.

The Huntington Home Velvet Comforter or Quilt Set (Product Code: 703016) cost $34.99 at the time of publication. You’d have a hard time finding a velvet comforter or quilt set for less than that at other retailers.

This is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. You can’t order it online from Aldi if it’s not in stock at your local store. It was sold alongside some other blankets and comforters, including a reversible bedding set.

The last time Aldi sold a velvet comforter set like this was in the winter of 2021 for $29.99, or $5 less than in 2022.

  1. I hope I don’t find it; a nearly 17% increase in a year is obscene.

    • “Obscene”? It’s called inflation. Where have you been? $5 is hardly a big increase in light of what it is and the times we are in.
