When I was growing up, I regularly encountered three kinds of living room furniture.
The largest was the couch. This was the big spot, the one where three people could watch a movie or football game together, or a single person could take a nap.
The smallest was the chair. This was the smallest piece, designed for one person, the place where a relative might read or crochet or watch TV.
In between was the loveseat. Large enough for two people but not quite enough for three, the loveseat has a history as a place for courting couples to chat or share a kiss.
Loveseats are still around, and sometimes you’ll see them as part of a two- or three-piece set that includes a couch and chair. If someone has such a set, and they’re determined to keep them together over the wear and tear of time, a cover can be helpful. If you don’t want, say, a plastic cover, you can alternative get a fabric one.
Fabric covers are commonplace in big box stores like Walmart or Target, as well as Amazon. From time to time, Aldi occasionally sells them, too.
What We Know:
The KIRKTON HOUSE Snugfit Loveseat Cover is an Aldi Find. Each store gets a one shipment, and once it’s sold out, you won’t be able to get it until it comes back, whenever that might be. If you can’t find one at your local store, you’re out of luck for now.
In 2026, Aldi sold the loveseat cover for $19.99. That’s the same price tag as 2025, and is a little less than what we’ve seen these kinds of covers go for on Amazon.
In 2026, it came in three colors: beige, dark gray, and light gray.
Sometimes Aldi sells these alongside loveseat covers and armchair covers. The sofa cover is, as you would expect, typically more expensive than the other covers. The loveseat and armchair covers are often the same price.

What We Don’t Know:
