Crane Foam Pit with Balls New at Aldi

If you’re looking to outfit a playroom, you might want to check out the Aldi middle aisle the week of February 25th, 2026. The discount grocer will be offering a variety of large toys to help develop children’s motor skills.
The selection includes a balance beam, a gymnastics mat, foam climbing blocks, and a trampoline. Also among the offerings is a foam pit with several dozen balls.
Let’s take a look at the ball pit.
What We Know:
The Crane Foam Pit with Balls is an Aldi Find. That means it’s in stores for just a short time. Each store should receive one shipment. After that sells out, it’s gone until whenever Aldi decides to bring it back, if ever. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is not in stock at your area store.
This is scheduled to be available starting February 25th, 2026, while supplies last.
The Crane Foam Pit with Balls costs $29.99 in 2026. That’s less than similar ball pits on Amazon.
The Aldi ad states this includes one pit with 68 balls. The pit cover is machine washable. The online Aldi ad states this “expands when opened,” so I’m guessing it’s compressed in the packaging in stores. Aldi states this is for ages 12 months and older.
This is sold under the Crane private label. That’s not a manufacturer. Rather, Crane is the name Aldi puts on exercise and sports gear it sells, which it sources from various suppliers.
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t yet tried this foam pit with balls, so we don’t know how well it works or how durable it is. Additionally, Aldi has not published dimensions for this ball pit, so we won’t know its size until it actually shows up in stores. We write open threads like this one to give readers a place to talk about Aldi products.
