Easy Home Spin Sweeper Returns to Aldi

It can be a constant battle to keep the hardwood floors clean in my house. Crumbs regularly show up under the dining room table. The cat sheds fur and tracks litter. Leaves and dirt find their way in from outside. Plus, in a house with several girls, long hair gets everywhere. That’s all in addition to garden variety dust bunnies. I frequently vacuum my floors, and I keep a broom and dustpan handy.

The most recent Aldi ad highlights another tool to keep your floors tidy: a spin sweeper. Advertised as a broom and dustpan in one, this handy gadget doesn’t have cords or batteries. It works simply by pushing it across the floor.

What We Know:

Easy Home Spin Sweeper

The Easy Home Spin Sweeper (Product Code: 708414) is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store receives one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone until whenever Aldi decides to bring it back. Aldi does not offer online ordering if this is sold out at your local store.

This is scheduled to arrive in stores on February 28th, 2024.

The Easy Home Spin Sweeper cost $12.99 in February of 2024. That’s the same price Aldi sold it for in March of 2023. That’s also less than most other spin sweepers on Amazon.

Here’s more information on the Aldi sweeper:

  • Features swivel steering
  • Includes built-in dustpan
  • Dustpan empties in seconds with one touch
  • Lightweight
  • Picks up pet hair, crumbs, glass, dust, dirt, and more
  • Features a broom and dustpan all in one

This is sold under the Easy Home brand, which is not a company. Instead, it’s the private label Aldi uses for certain home goods it sells.

What We Don’t Know:

We haven’t yet purchased this sweeper, so we don’t know how well it works or how it holds up to use. We write open threads so readers can have a place to discuss Aldi products.

  1. I bought the spin sweeper the last time it was offered and returned it. It wasn’t effective at picking up even light debris- just moved it around on the floor. As they say, “ you get what you pay for”. In this case a $13 dollar sweeper is a $13 dollar sweeper.
