Simply Nature Organic Multi Grain Tortilla Chips
Taco salad is a favorite easy meal in my house that’s relatively healthy. Or, less frequently, we indulge in a nacho bar. Both of these meals require one key ingredient: tortilla chips.
Aldi sells some standard grocery store tortilla chips. Or, if you want something a little different, Aldi also sells some multigrain tortilla chips that feature flax, brown rice, and sunflower seeds.
Simply Nature Organic Multi Grain Tortilla Chips are a Regular Buy. That means you should be able to find them at Aldi all year.
We buy Aldi products with our own money. I paid $2.19 for an 8.25-ounce package in 2025. That comes out to about 27 cents per ounce.
These are kosher, certified gluten free, certified non GMO, USDA organic, and certified organic by Midwest Organic Services Association.

Ingrdients are organic yellow corn, organic white corn, organic sunflower oil, organic brown flaxseed, organic brown rice flour, organic sugar, sea salt, and organic sunflower seeds.
One bag contains about eight 1-ounce servings (about 7 chips). One serving has 140 calories, 7 grams of total fat (9% DV), 1 gram of saturated fat (5% DV), 110 grams of sodium (3% DV), 16 grams of total carbohydrates (6% DV), less than 1 gram of dietary fiber (3% DV), no total sugars or added sugars (sugar is in the ingredients list, but it must be a such a small amount it isn’t counted in the nutrition facts for some reason), and 2 grams of protein.
(Nutritionally, these aren’t all that different from the Clancy’s Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips at Aldi, which also have 140 calories. They also have 7 grams of total fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 115 mg of sodium, 16 grams of carbs, no dietary fiber, no sugars, and 2 grams of protein, all very similar to the multi grain chips.)
These are crispy and taste similar to traditional tortilla chips, but with a slightly nutty flavor from the sunflower seeds, and the flaxseeds offer some interesting visuals and texture. We like to change up our taco or nacho night with these chips.
The Verdict:
Simply Nature Organic Multi Grain Tortilla Chips feature some ingredients you don’t typically find in tortilla chips, including flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. They’re similar to regular tortilla chips in terms of calories, fat, sodium, carbs, and fiber … so you might not necessarily gain a lot of health benefits from eating these versus regular chips. But if you’re looking for something a little different, these fit the bill, and they taste good.

Love these chips & I don’t feel too guilty when snacking on them by themselves. Have used them for nachos, chili, and soups.
