Aldi is Selling a Belavi Boho Outdoor Hanging Chair

Few things are as relaxing as sitting in a hanging swing or hammock. Set it up outdoors where you can enjoy the fresh breeze, the sound of birds and crickets chirping, and a view of trees, a garden, or other natural scenery, and you’ve got the ingredients for a pleasant day.
Aldi sells hammocks from time to time, and they sometimes sell hanging chairs in various designs.
For the past few years, Aldi has also offered a hanging chair with boho style. Boho is a casual, individualistic style originating in 19th century Europe and later further popularized by American hippie culture in the 1960s and 1970s. It’s eclectic and interesting, without a lot of rules. It emphasizes comfort and mixes items from various cultures and periods.
What We Know:
The Belavi Boho Outdoor Hanging Chair cost $29.99 in June of 2025. That’s the same price it cost in May of 2024. It cost $39.99 in May of 2023, and it cost $24.99 in August of 2022. Aldi also sold a boho hanging chair in 2020 and 2021 for $39.99. So, the price has fluctuated over the years. The Aldi boho hanging chair is cheaper than similar chairs I found on Amazon.
This hanging chair is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets just one shipment, and once that sells out, the hanging chairs are gone unless Aldi decides to bring them back at some point. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that aren’t in stock at your local store.
This is scheduled to arrive in stores June 25th, 2025.
Here’s more information on the 2025 hanging chair, according to Aldi:

- Includes removable cushion and hanging hardware
- Suitable for outdoor use
- Portable and easy to hang
- Features stylish macrame design
- 240-pound weight capacity
In 2024, this was available in round and square designs and had a weight limit of 300 pounds. The 2025 chair only comes in a round design and, notably, has a weight capacity that is 60 pounds less than in 2024.
Previous models of this hanging chair came with a one-year warranty serviced by Protel, which is a common Aldi warranty service provider. We’re not yet sure if the 2025 chair comes with a warranty.
Belavi is not a company. Rather, that’s the name Aldi puts on outdoor products it sources from various suppliers.
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t yet tried the Belavi Boho Outdoor Hanging Chair, so we don’t know how easy it is to hang, how well it works, how comfortable it is, or how durable it is. We write open threads so readers can share about their experiences with Aldi products.

Hi, just a heads up to anyone who has or is considering one of these chairs. They’re awesome, I love them… but the straps for hanging are potentially faulty.
I bought the round chairs in 2022 anticipating my patio redo. They sat new-in-box until May this year.
After only barely three months of use, the straps failed on one of the chairs, sending me crashing to the ground. I’m only 130-ish pounds, so well within the defined weight limit. Luckily, it doesn’t seem like a serious injury, but that first night was very painful and left me barely mobile. And took a bonk on the head from the metal O rings coming down.
If you have or will buy ANY of the varieties of this chair from Aldi, do not use the provided straps. Go online and find something heavier duty with good reviews.
