Ambiano Metal Pedestal Fan Breezes Into Aldi

Spring is here, and summer is coming. For people living in many places, that means the weather will get warm, or even hot. You might seek relief in an air conditioned building, or with an old-fashioned fan. Aldi sells a variety of ways to cool off, including a steady rotation of different fans of all sizes.
The latest fan to show up at Aldi is a metal pedestal fan. We first recall seeing this at Aldi in 2024, and now it’s back for the 2025 season. This is one of the larger fans we’ve seen Aldi sell. It has an adjustable height from just under three feet all the way up to just more than four feet, with a blade diameter of 16 inches.
What We Know:
The Ambiano Metal Pedestal Fan is an Aldi Find, so it’s going to be in stores for a limited time only. Every store will get just one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later, and we never know with Aldi. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that are sold out at your local store, so if you can’t find this in stores, you’re out of luck.
This is scheduled to arrive in stores on April 16th, 2025.
The Ambiano Metal Pedestal Fan cost $39.99 in 2025. That’s the same price it was in 2024. That’s within the lower range of prices for other pedestal fans on Amazon.

The 2024 fan came with a two-year warranty. Aldi has not yet published information about whether the 2025 model has a warranty.
This is sold under the Ambiano brand. There is no company called Ambiano. Rather, that’s a name Aldi puts on some of its household goods, which it sources from various suppliers, to give them a uniform look.

We haven’t yet purchased this pedestal fan, so we don’t know how well it works or how it holds up to use. We write open threads so readers have a place to talk about Aldi products.

I purchased the Ambiano Metal Pedestal Fan from local Aldi store today – the packaging was incomplete – lacks the screwdriver and washer needed to assemble.
Doesn’t work right out if the box. Just won’t turn on. The outlet works fine but this fan won’t turn on.
I bought two of these fans. I put them together and the power is on but the blades don’t turn.
Just bought this today and it will not turn on. The buttons for the timer work and make noise but the actual fan does not spin. This is disappointing.
Brought this today, no screws! So pointless. Rather fuming about this, as it’s 29 degrees and having a 5 month & 4 year old in this heat is horrid. 🤬😭
Had to remove from my daughters bedroom as overheated and started to smell burning.
Unsafe product.

I’m having a problem with assembling the top fan section. Obviously part 30 has to come off, but how ?? Also where are the bolts 14 and 15 situated
Just purchased this great fan. Very durable with metal everywhere. All screws are preinstalled, so will have to back them out to install the blades and guards. The housing has not overheated, not even warm. Provides very good airflow, even on lowest speed. Quiet too! Also has oscillation which I could not find on the box. Oscillation can be turned off. The blades are metal, so it is important to keep the guards locked securely for safety. 2 year warranty. Great price for such a quality fan!
Fan update: It died in 3 months. Fan still rotates freely, but no power. Checked plug fuse as good. Only had it on at night, and woke up to it dead. Would not recommend. If the warranty wants me to send it in, it would cost me as much as the fan in shipping. Not worth it and such a shame, because I did like it when it worked.
Sorry your fan isn’t working. The companies that provide warranty service for Aldi products don’t typically ask you to mail the defective product back, or if they do, we’ve never had to pay the shipping fee. It’s worth contacting the warranty company to try to get your money refunded.
Just unboxed assembled switched on no rotation and keeps activating fuseboard trip switch..back to aldi for refund.
