This Week at Aldi: The Aldi Weekly Ad for May 8, 2024

Each week we highlight a few of the more interesting items in the upcoming Aldi weekly ad. Note that, in most areas, the ad takes effect on Wednesday.

This week’s theme is German week with a variety of German and German-inspired foods, along with assorted home goods, kitchen products, houseplants and cut flowers for Mother’s Day, gardening supplies, patio accessories and outdoor decor, apparel and accessories, kids’ toys and gear including outdoor playthings, and various food and drink highlights.

Keep in mind that supplies are limited and these products are only in stores for a short time. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products after they sell out at your local store.

The Most Interesting Thing We Saw:

It’s German week once again at Aldi. This week usually happens twice a year, once in the spring and once again in the fall. You’ll find sweet and savory treats of all kinds in the middle aisle and freezer aisle.

• Gardenline Tomato Cage, $2.99 each. Stands 42 inches tall and measures 14″ in diameter. Supports growing tomatoes and vegetables. Great for peppers, eggplants, and climbing flowers. We own a few Aldi tomato cages and they work just fine.

• Belavi Kinetic Wind Spinner, $14.99. Available in Bronze, Colorful, or Blue designs. Dimensions: approximately 22″ spinner diameter, 83″ height. Features rust-resistant powder coated material.
