Breakfast Best Sausage & Gravy Biscuit Bites
EDITOR’S NOTE: This review is from 2025. Aldi is selling identical sausage & gravy biscuit bites the week of March 11th, 2026, for the same price of $4.79.
Biscuits and gravy are a longtime favorite for breakfast or brunch in my house. They’ve been our Christmas Day brunch tradition for years, and we also occasionally enjoy them at other times throughout the year. We make sausage gravy from scratch and serve it with canned baked biscuits, often alongside scrambled eggs and fruit.
When I saw Aldi advertising sausage and gravy biscuit bites as a limited-time special in a recent weekly ad, I didn’t think twice about adding them to my shopping list. Being such big fans of biscuits and gravy, my family had to try these.
The package describes these as “sausage & gravy wrapped in a crispy, biscuit crust.”
Breakfast Best Sausage & Gravy Biscuit Bites are an Aldi Find. That means each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, they’re gone unless Aldi decides to bring them back later. Aldi doesn’t offer online ordering for these if they’re out of stock at your local store.
These cost $4.79 for 20 ounces in 2025. Aldi advertised them again in March of 2026 for the same price. That comes out to around 24 cents per ounce. One bag has about seven 6-biscuit bite servings, which make it around 68 cents per serving. We bought this with our own funds for review.

To microwave, arrange 6 frozen pieces in a circle on a microwave-safe plate. Place the plate off center on the microwave carousel. Heat on high for 55-60 seconds. If not fully cooked, heat in additional 10-second increments. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Our Thoughts:

I air fried these and they came out nice and crispy. They have a decent amount of sausage and gravy filling, and the sausage is zesty but not spicy. The biscuits were golden and had a good texture. We’ll always like traditional biscuits and gravy best, but these were fun to try, and they’re actually pretty good.
The Verdict:
Breakfast Best Sausage & Gravy Biscuit Bites feature a sausage and gravy filling inside a crispy biscuit-like crust. We love regular biscuits and gravy and were curious about trying these. They didn’t disappoint. The filling is flavorful, while the biscuits cook up nice and crisp.
