One of the best times to buy cleaning products at Aldi is soon after the new year begins. This is when the grocer has been known to roll out everything from spin mops to handheld steam cleaners to carpet cleaners. One option when it comes to getting your house spic and span is the Ambiano Handheld Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner.
This used to be sold under the Huntington Home brand, and then later under the Easy Home brand. Huntington Home, Easy Home, and Ambiano are not companies. Instead, they are private labels Aldi uses for various home goods.
What We Know:
The 2024 model.
The Ambiano Handheld Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner (Product Code: 832290 in 2024) sold for $24.99 in March of 2024.
It sold for $23.99 in November of 2023, $29.99 in March of 2023, $23.99 in January of 2020, and $19.99 in March of 2019 and February of 2018.
The Aldi vacuum is on the lower end of prices for handheld wet/dry vacuums compared to others I’ve seen on Amazon.
Features for the 2024 Aldi vacuum include:
- Available in Black or White
- Dust Capacity: 13.5 oz.
- Wet/Dry capable
- Includes a wall mounted charging station
- Accessories included: brush, suction tube, and crevice nozzle
The 2023 vacuum came with a three-year warranty serviced by Protel, a common Aldi warranty provider. Aldi has not yet published information about whether the 2024 vacuum comes with a warranty.
Finally, if a full-size wet/dry vacuum is what you need instead of a handheld one, Aldi sometimes sells those as well, like this 6-gallon one we bought in 2022 for $65.
What We Don’t Know:
We have not used the Aldi handheld wet/dry vacuum, so we don’t know how well it works. We also don’t know what kind of warranty service this year’s model may come with. We write open threads so readers can discuss Aldi products.

How do I find a replacement filter for this vacuum. Is there a number to call?
It worked great but the kids lost the filter 🙁
I called the number that is on the tag on the handle and they are sending me a new filter. The unit had a 3 year warranty.
BEEN LOOKING. WE JUST TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE HANDLE BUT THEY WWERE CLOSED.
Bought in Jan. 2020 vacuum never worked. The unit battery just does not want to charge even is on the charging cradle. The green light is on showing that the battery is fully charged but it just doesn’t start to work. Battery cradle was installed on the wall followed User Manual and it does not look as the installation is at fault. I have the User Manual and below is an address and -phone number to contact After Sale Support. I had this vacuum and it was awesome. My husband vacuumed up all my sons wet hair and forgot to let the unit airdry before charging it. Needless, to say I am looking for the same vacuum because I loved it.

First let me say I NEVER write reviews on items, restaurants, hotels, business etc…. I’ve written ONE review online in my entire life (I’m 40) and it was a review on a local veterinarian office to warn people how rude and unprofessional they are. SO NOW LET ME SAY!!! This is the BEST HANDHELD VACUUM I’ve EVER used EVER!!! I bought mine along time ago (dates on vac say 2016) and it was at least 2017 when I bought it at Aldis maybe even 2016 for $19.99. I wish I could attach a picture with this comment. I STILL have it and it still works GREAT! I use it every other day if not every day!!! For small messes hear and there with a family of 4 and pets. Like… kitty litter, crumbs and a WHITE kitchen floor! I’ve bought 4 other handheld vacs ALL $50-$100 and they suck compared to this one. Why I love it??? It keeps a charger longer then any vac I’ve ever used. Doesn’t take long to recharge and still has great suction power. Probably due to the fact that you can wash all of the dust collecting components. Which I do often and that may be why my has lasted this long and still works perfect. And I never leave it on the battery charger for multiple days (BECAUSE I CAN’T) I literally use it all the time! It’s very lightweight and not too loud, at all. It’s slim and not bulky. BEST VACUUM EVER!!!!!!! Now I just hope the newer models are a great as mine! I’m about to order a new one that’s why I ended up on this website! I’m sure I won’t be disappointed!

I truly LOVE this little vac because it’s so lite and easy to pick a up and use anywhere ~ being cordless!

Mine had the battery melt into the charging cradle 2 night ago, nearly causing a house fire. Please monitor while charging and unplug when not in use. If our kitten would not have been persistent to wake me up, I would not be typing this.

I literally just bought the latest 2024 version this morning in black for $24.99 and its been charging up since. I intend to use it my car. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW IT PERFORMS IN THE CAR? That’s the main reason why I got it I have been looking for one for the past few months now and have purchased several from Amazon & I’ve returned every single. If anyone has any other recommendations for this use please let me know so far I haven’t had any luck and would appreciate the help. Thanks.
