SOHL Storage Ottoman with Bin and Reversible Lid Coming to Aldi

Aldi is known to sell certain types of furniture once in a while. As recently as a few years ago, the discount grocer used to sell some larger pieces, including desks, egg chairs, and even patio sectionals.

These days, though, Aldi no longer tends to sell larger pieces of furniture or any big ticket items. If you see any furniture at Aldi now, it’s more likely to be smaller things such as accent cabinets or end tables in the middle aisle.

Something else Aldi sells are ottomans. Sometimes they function solely as an ottoman, while other models also offer storage. The most recent weekly Aldi ad features a storage ottoman. Let’s take a closer look at it.

What We Know:

The SOHL Storage Ottoman with Bin and Reversible Lid is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store should get one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. Aldi does not offer online ordering for this if it’s out of stock at your local store.

This is scheduled to be in stores starting February 4th, 2026.

The ottoman cost $19.99 in 2026. That’s on the lower end of prices for similar storage ottomans on Amazon.

The ottoman comes in beige or gray.

This is sold under the SOHL Brand. That’s not a manufacturer. Instead, it’s the name Aldi puts on various types of furniture it sells, which it sources from different suppliers.

What We Don’t Know:

We haven’t yet purchased this storage ottoman, so we don’t know if it requires assembly, and we don’t know its dimensions. We also don’t know how sturdy or durable it is. We write open threads like this to provide readers with a place to discuss Aldi products.
