Aldi Stocking the Belavi Outdoor Rattan Sectional

This post is an open thread and contains affiliate links.

Aldi has really beefed up its outdoor furniture and accessories lineup in recent years. Whether it’s the parade of gazebos the grocer marches into the middle aisle in the spring, or the various chairs, tables, and other outdoor accents it stocks, you can spruce up an outdoor space with Aldi Finds.

We’ve bought some Aldi outdoor furniture over the years, including gliders and swings, which we’ve been happy with. We’ve also covered much of the other Aldi outdoor scene. But this particular Aldi outdoor furniture model, which appears to have made its debut in 2022, is one of the larger and more ambitious Aldi patio products we’ve seen to date.

What We Know:

Belavi Outdoor Rattan SectionalThe Belavi Outdoor Rattan Sectional (Product Code: 812744) is an Aldi Find. Each store will only get a limited stock of the sectionals, and once that stock is sold out, you won’t be able to get it until it comes back, if it comes back. Aldi doesn’t ship products online, so you can’t order it that way, either.

At the time of this post, the sectional costs $449.99. This is one of the most expensive items we’ve seen Aldi US sell, although it’s also one of the least expensive outdoor sectionals we can find online.

The sectional comes with a coffee table. It also comes with a reversible chaise lounge, so you can configure the sectional to fit your space.

Here are features, according to Aldi:

  • Powder-coated, sturdy steel frame
  • Reversible chaise lounge can be assembled on the right or left by changing the arm rest position
  • Assembly required
  • Couch:
    • 51.57″ x 30.12″ x 24.80″
    • Weight capacity: 440 lb.
  • Lounger:
    • 55.9″ x 27.56″ x 23.62″
    • Weight capacity: 220 lbs
  • Coffee table
    • 26.77″ x 25.2″ x 11.81″

The sectional also comes with a one-year warranty, although it’s not yet clear who the warranty provider is.

What We Don’t Know:

We haven’t tested this sectional out, so we don’t know how easily it assembles, how well it stays together, or how long it lasts, especially if it’s outside under the elements.

  1. Hi! I just saw this was going to be available. However, I searched online and see that there are comparable if not identical sectionals available elsewhere for a lower cost. I’m curious if you know if there is anything about this set that makes it different than others available? Thank you!

  2. I bought this outdoor ration section May 4th 2022.
It comes with NO directions. Not so simply to look at and be able to assemble either. Bolts don’t fit with nuts.
Only thing I can do is return to store. Have looked on-line for instructions . No luck.

    1. I’m in the same spot as you. No instructions. I can’t believe that wasn’t mentioned on the Aldi aisle of shame

  3. Returning this item. It’s pretty good for the price of the item if you want to purchase new cushions for it but otherwise w the cushions it comes with it is not comfortable.

      1. I bought 2 only to have to steal bits from the other one. Have tried email that’s a no go! Nuts not fitting not enough bolts had to rob Peter for Paul if anybody knows how to contact the company, will be mulch appreciated

        1. If you’ve tried contacting the company that services the warranty and haven’t had any luck, try reaching out to Aldi directly via their email contact page. When we dealt with an unresponsive warranty provider for Aldi furniture a few years ago, I contacted Aldi and explained the situation, and Aldi contacted the warranty provider and got them to cooperate with us. Good luck! https://www.aldi.us/en/contact/

  4. Bought the last one at Aldi on sale for less than $250 (including taxes). It was a steal! Directions aren’t easy to follow but once you get the idea of which piece is what and have an idea of what it’s going to look like, it’s much easier. It took about 2 hours to put together (unboxing to cleanup). I’m planning to buy a few more pillows for it but over comfortable. I took a nap on it today.

  5. My husband and I purchased this sectional. It came with instructions and we were able to put it together nicely. It’s super cute and perfect for the space we have! It may need cushions in the future as they are somewhat thin but for the money, I’d buy it again! It was already on sale when we purchased it! I believe we paid 100.00 less. I recommend it!

  6. No problem putting it together but cushions are half the size of what’s pictured. Bought it last week for 119 each and was told it was as low as the price would go.

  7. Purchased this one last summer. I love the construction of the frame, but the cushions are awful. They tent when you sit and offer little barrier from the frame below. A rainshower soaks them inside. Replacing them is no easy or inexpensive task, and after a season outside, the frame looks great, but the cushions are unusable and we’re stuck searching for cushions that make sense – especially given the custom shape of the long section. We saved money, but the time and headache may not have been worth it.

By the way, if anyone has a recommendation for quality, affordable outdoor seat cushions that can be customized, would love to hear it :)!
