Aldi Party Pack Seasoned Beef Patties
Every spring for the past few years, as we approach cookout and grilling season, Aldi has sold a limited-edition bulk box of frozen burger patties. The supplier seems to change from year to year, and the packaging is always a little different, but the burger box is back in 2026.
Aldi Party Pack Seasoned Beef Patties are an Aldi Find, which means each store should receive one shipment. After that sells out, you’ll have to wait until whenever Aldi decides to bring them back, which might be a month, or it might not be until next year. Aldi does not offer online ordering if these are out of stock at your local store. We found these at Aldi the week of April 29th, 2026.
The 64-ounce box of 16 quarter-pound beef patties cost $16.99 in 2026. That’s around 27 cents per ounce, or about $1.06 per burger. We buy Aldi products for review with our own funds.
The price per burger is considerably higher this year, likely due to various factors in the cattle industry. In 2025, the bulk burger patty box Aldi sold averaged out to about 67 cents per burger. In 2024, it was about 62 cents per burger.
Also of note, in 2025 and 2024, the boxes Aldi sold contained 24 patties. The 2026 box only contains 16 patties.
Ingredients and Nutrition Facts:

Ingredients are beef, water, spice, and salt. It would be useful to know what “spice” is used in these.
One 4-ounce patty has 330 calories, 29 grams of total fat (37% DV), 11 grams of saturated fat (55% DV), 1.5 grams of trans fat, 250 mg of sodium (11% DV), 1 gram of total carbohydrates (0% DV), no dietary fiber or sugars, and 18 grams of protein.
Cooking Directions:

The box has directions for cooking these to medium well on an outdoor grill, in an oven, or in a frying pan.
To grill, preheat a gas grill to 350 degrees or heat a charcoal grill until the charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patties 6-9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn the patties and cook 4-6 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
To cook in a conventional oven, place frozen patties in a preheated broiler for 8 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
To pan fry, place frozen patties in a preheated frying pan over medium high heat. Cook for 5 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

We chose to grill these outdoors. The burgers are packaged inside the box in two large bags that each contain eight burgers.
Most of the burgers are separated by squares of paper, but in the bag of eight that we opened for review purposes, there were two sets of burgers (four burgers total) with no paper separating them. Those burgers were difficult to pry apart for cooking, and some of them fell apart a bit. We ended up losing a couple of burger pieces through the grill grates when we tried to turn the burgers over.
These burgers have a high fat content, so we dealt with a lot of flareups in the grill while cooking these.
How They Taste:
One advantage to burgers with a lot of fat is that they cook up moist and flavorful. That is the case with these burgers. We like the taste of these. They are on the smaller side, but we kind of expect that with a bulk box of cheap burgers.
While we liked the taste, I’m not sure I’d buy these again because of how easily they broke apart and pieces fell into the grill.
The Verdict:
Aldi Party Pack Seasoned Beef Patties features a large box with 16 quarter-pound burger patties. These grilled up moist and flavorful for us, but we had a little trouble with some of them falling apart on the grill. We haven’t had that problem with other bulk boxes of burgers Aldi has sold in previous years. We’re also aware that this year’s burger box costs a lot more than in previous years.

I did not like the look of these out of the box. They were beige. They tasted ok after we put Salt & Pepper and cheese on them. Cooked in the Blackstone grill. None of them broke apart. Would not buy again. Good value but wondering what kind of beef they are made from. Definite 75/25 blend
