Hands down, Aldi has some of the best camping gear my family and I have ever purchased. We have gone tent camping almost every year for the past 14 years or so, and we’ve bought quite a lot of Aldi camping supplies to use on those trips. Our collection of Aldi camping products has included self-inflating sleeping mats, a 4-person tent, camping lights, camping cots, collapsible tubs (for washing dishes or storing stuff), travel hammocks, and so much more.

Most Aldi camping products are sold under the Adventuridge brand. There is no company called Adventuridge. That’s just the name Aldi puts on its outdoor gear, which it sources from various suppliers.

If there’s one thing that is really important to have when tent camping, it’s a comfortable place to sleep. Speaking from experience, you don’t want to lay your sleeping bag directly on your tent floor, unless you fancy waking up stiff and sore all over later. My family eventually transitioned to inflatable sleeping mats that compress and pack up small for efficiency and yet are also comfortable, but for years we slept on standard air mattresses while camping. Air mattresses can also be useful at home if you have extra house guests.

Aldi has sold a few different air mattresses in different sizes over the years. The most recent airbed to show up in the weekly Aldi ad is a 4-in-1 model. It consists of two single airbeds, and you can configure them so they function as a low double bed with the two single beds attached to each other, or they stack to make a tall single bed, or lay them flat to make two single beds. They appear to have straps that fasten the two single beds together as necessary.

What We Know:

Adventuridge 4-in-1 Airbed

The Aldi airbed in blue.

The Adventuridge 4-in-1 Airbed (Product Code: 830001) is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store receives one shipment, and it is not restocked. So once this sells out at your local store, it’s gone until whenever Aldi decides to bring it back. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that are not currently in stock at your local store.

This is scheduled to arrive in stores May 22nd, 2024.

The Adventuridge 4-in-1 Airbed cost $29.99 at the time of publication. That’s on the lower end of prices for air mattresses on Amazon.

Here’s more information, according to Aldi:

  • Works as a high-raised single bed or double bed
  • Features strong vinyl coil beam construction (pillow)
  • Waterproof flocked top prevents sheets from slipping
  • Offers comfortable flocking seat topping for relaxation
  • 2-in-1 inflatable valve helps with rapid inflation and deflation
  • Includes 2 single beds, 2 pillows, 2 carry bags, 1 pump, and 1 repair patch
  • Available in Blue or Green
  • Maximum weight capacity: 200 lbs. (for each single bed)
  • Number of air chambers: 4
  • Dimensions of each single bed: 75″ x 29″ x 9″ (191 x 73 x 22 cm.)

What We Don’t Know:

We haven’t tried this particular air bed yet, so we don’t know how well it inflates, how comfortable it is, or how durable it is. We write open threads to provide readers with a place to talk about Aldi products.
