Why pay for a gym membership when you can exercise in the comfort of your own home? You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment. You can get a good workout with some simple weights, resistance bands, or even an inexpensive exercise bike that takes up minimal space.
Aldi sells everything you need to set up a home gym. These products often show up during the first few months of the year when New Year’s resolutions are still going strong.
If you are looking for an exercise mat in particular, Aldi has sold a few throughout the years. We bought a fitness mat in 2020 that has worked well and is comfortable to use. We also tried a yoga mat from Aldi, but that eventually started to disintegrate and we had to trash it. Aldi also sold a folding fitness mat a while back.
Recently, Aldi offered another mat at a rock bottom price: the Crane Exercise Mat.
What We Know:
The mat in navy blue.
The Crane Exercise Mat (Product Code: 819716) cost $14.99 in February of 2023. Mats don’t really get cheaper than that on Amazon, and you’ll find plenty that cost more.
This mat is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store receives one shipment, and after that sells out, they’re gone until whenever Aldi may decide to bring them back, which might not be until next year, if ever. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that are not in stock at your local store.
Crane is not a company. Instead, it’s the private label Aldi uses for various fitness accessories such as bodyweight training sets, massage guns, fitness weights, and more.

What We Don’t Know:
