One of my favorite places in my house is our sunroom. When the weather permits — when it isn’t too hot or too cold — it’s a pleasant place to sit and chat with family and friends, watch birds, look at the back garden, read, nap, or take in a summer rainstorm.

When we first bought our house years ago, we furnished it with a set from Target that included a rattan loveseat, two armchairs, and a coffee table. I’ve added a few things since then, including an antique rocking chair, an Aldi rattan storage accent table, a small end table that also serves as a bookshelf, and a hideout for our cat. During the summer, I also move a few houseplants out into the sunroom.

It’s always important to have plenty of places to set down drinks in the sunroom. Whether we’re drinking hot tea or ice water, I try to keep an end table with a coaster on it near every chair so beverages are always within easy reach. I needed an additional table for my sunroom, and Aldi sold the perfect solution recently: a glass folding table.

The Belavi Glass Folding Table (Product Code: 811087) cost $24.99 at the time of publication. That’s half the price of similar glass folding tables on Amazon. The Aldi table costs $5 more compared to what it sold for in 2021, but even with prices increasing on certain Aldi Finds, Aldi prices for the most part remain competitive.

This is an Aldi Find, so that means it’s only in stores for a short time. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that aren’t in stock at your local store.

  • Includes a tempered glass table top
  • Folds for space-saving storage

  • Made in China

The three-year warranty for this table is serviced by Protel, which is part of Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions, a common Aldi warranty service provider.

A small tab slides into place to keep the table from folding up.

The table also features a small locking clip to keep it in the standing position when in use, so it doesn’t fold up on you unexpectedly.

The table includes a small removeable sticker with some care instructions:

  • Do not sit or stand on any part of the table surface at any time
  • Do not strike or chop the table with any hard or pointed objects
  • Clean the tabletop by using a branded glass cleaner or a mild liquid soap and water
  • Dry the table with a soft towel
  • Do not use abrasives or any cleaners containing abrasives as these might scratch the table surface

This is the type of table you’d put on a porch, in a sunroom, or in some other outdoor space. My table is in a covered space where it’s protected from most of the elements. If you place this on an uncovered patio or deck, you’ll want to be a little more careful and maybe bring it inside if severe weather is in the forecast.

The table is a nice addition to my sunroom and is just the right size to place next to an armchair. It feels solid and has a good amount of weight to it, so I don’t think it will easily tip over. It’s ideal for holding drinks, books, a potted plant, or whatever we want to put on it. If you need some extra table space, this is worth considering.

The Verdict:

The Belavi Glass Folding Table is a solid option if you need someplace to set things down in your outdoor or semi-outdoor space. It comes in several color designs, is easy to fold and unfold, and feels sturdy for its size.
