While you might not think of Aldi as a furniture store, the discount grocer does occasionally sell furniture. Over the years, I’ve purchased a writing desk and office chair, a folding computer desk for a child’s bedroom, a stand for houseplants, and other various pieces of furniture. Some of the more popular pieces of furniture Aldi has stocked at different times include accent cabinets, accent tables, accent shelves, and even armchairs and patio furniture.
If it’s a small table you need, Aldi has sold those, too. Most recently, they sold a side table that looks like it could be used in many places around the house. This side table was advertised alongside products to redecorate a child’s bedroom, including bedding, shelves, and seating. The side table would work well as a nightstand in a child’s room, but it would also be a good nightstand in a bedroom for anyone of any age. It could also work as a side table alongside a couch or chair in a living space.

What We Know:
The SOHL Furniture Side Table (Product Code: 709215) is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store receives one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back at some later point. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products not currently in stock at your local store.
The side table cost $39.99 in September of 2023.
Similar side tables or nightstands on Amazon can be all over the place in terms of price. Some simpler models are less than $20, while others can run more than $100 depending on how sturdy and elaborate they are. The Aldi side table is on the lower end of prices, but it’s not the cheapest.

What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t bought this side table, so we don’t know how easy it is to assemble or how sturdy it is. Aldi also has not yet published information about whether this comes with any kind of warranty. We write open threads so readers can talk about Aldi products.
