Most of us struggle with dry air during the winter. The cold weather and frequent running of the furnace means dry skin, nosebleeds, sore throats, and more. Dry air can even make you more susceptible to catching viruses such as colds or flu.
Aldi sometimes seems to sell a different humidifier every week during the winter. I’ve seen LED ultrasonic humidifiers, children’s humidifiers, ultrasonic cool mist humidifiers, and even humidifiers that run using disposable plastic water bottles.
The latest humidifier to hit Aldi shelves is another portable cool mist humidifier. It goes by the exact same name — the Easy Home Portable Cool Mist Humidifier — as the water bottle humidifier Aldi sold in early December 2022, but this one is different and does not run using a water bottle. It has its own included small water tank.
What We Know:

The Easy Home Portable Cool Mist Humidifier (Product Code: 820254) cost $12.99 at the time of publication. That’s less than the majority of portable cool mist humidifiers or mini humidifiers on Amazon at the time of writing.
The humidifier in light blue.
This is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store receives one shipment, and once that sells out, they’re gone unless Aldi brings them back at some later point. Aldi doesn’t offer online ordering for products that are not in stock at your area store.
This humidifier is sold under the Easy Home brand, which is not a company. Instead, Easy Home is the private label Aldi uses for various home goods. Other Easy Home products I’ve seen recently at Aldi include a ceramic heater with fan, a shower system, and a hot/cold therapy neck or shoulder wrap.

What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t tried this humidifier, so we don’t know how well it works or how it holds up. We write open threads so readers can share about their experiences with Aldi products.

Worked for 2 months and then stoped misting called thier number and no person was there to help I think I got taken on this product
I didn’t even make it 2 months, more like 2 weeks with mine. Would just always shut off.
Mine died within a few months. It was great while it worked!
doesn’t work.
I have been using mine every night for about two months now with no problems. I keep it plugged in when using so I can’t say how it does running on the battery. I wish it told you how often to change the filter.
The filter is suppose to be replaces every 4 weeks with constant use.
I got mines a few months back and all of a sudden it doesn’t mist it shuts off that was a waste of money i wouldn’t buy any gadgets from them ever !!!!
I have been using mine pretty much every night for a past year. It works great. No issues.
Bought three. Used 2 in bedrooms last winter. Worked OK. Pulled out all 3 this week. One is brand new and not one will hold a charge or work. Git a winter out if 2 but total waste on the 3rd.
Waste of money. I replaced the filter twice and still doesn’t work.
