EDITOR’S NOTE: Updated for 2023.
Some things are a given in your outdoor living space: seating such as a sectional or chairs, a table to put food or drinks on, and perhaps some containers or raised beds for plants, along with a few garden decorations. You might want a few extras such as a chiminea or fire pit or a gazebo.
Finally, you might want some storage. If you have a shed or a good-sized garage, you might have all the storage you need. But if you need some extra space for small- to mid-sized gear, a deck box may serve your purposes. I most often see deck boxes used to store pool accessories such as floats, dive sticks, life jackets, or pool noodles. However, deck boxes can also hold outdoor children’s toys, gardening supplies, furniture cushions, lawn care items, and more.
Aldi usually sells deck boxes at least once a year, often during the spring or summer months. This year, we spotted Aldi selling a deck box in the fall. This particular box is sold under the Aldi Belavi brand, which is not a separate company but rather a private label Aldi uses for certain outdoor furniture, gardening supplies, and other items intended to be used in the open air.
What We Know:
The Belavi 105-Gallon Deck Box (Product Code: 706775) cost $69.99 in October of 2023. That is a whopping $30 less than the $99.99 it cost in the fall of 2022. This is one of the bigger price drops I’ve seen on Aldi Finds in 2023. That price is also less than similarly sized deck boxes on Amazon.
This is an Aldi Find, so it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, they’re gone until Aldi decides to bring them back, whenever that might be. Aldi does not offer online ordering for products that aren’t in stock at your local store.
Aldi also sold a deck box in June of 2022 for a higher price of $109.99. It’s one of the larger deck boxes Aldi offers. They sold a smaller 80-gallon deck box for $59.99 also in June of 2022 and June of 2021. In May of 2020, Aldi also sold a name-brand Suncast 99-gallon deck box for $89.99. So, Aldi sells several sizes and types of deck boxes each year.
Here’s more information about the October 2023 model:
- Features an all-weather resin finish for deck or patio

The warranty service is provided by Plastic Development Group, which specializes in folding tables, chairs, shutters, and various lawn and garden products. Other retailers they supply include Target, Walmart, Menards, True Value, Bass Pro Shops, Lowe’s, and various dollar stores.
What We Don’t Know:
We haven’t tried this deck box yet, so we don’t know how easily it assembles or how durable it is. We write open threads so readers can share about their experiences with Aldi products.
Do you own the Belavi 105-Gallon Deck Box? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
We got two this summer. Super easy to put together, and they look great. Ours aren’t 100% waterproof, though, although that could be user error in assembly. They are huge and hold all of our cushions for a couch, two chairs, and two ottomans with space left over.
Loved this deck box! Until hurricane Ian came and ripped the top off- any idea how to get a hold of the manufacturer for possible replacement?
Do you know what model year you own? Here’s warranty/customer service contact info for the 2021 model: https://www.aldi.us/en/about-aldi/warranties-manuals/warranties-detail/sis/si/belavi-105-gallon-resin-deck-box/ In our experience, Aldi warranty providers often don’t have spare parts or replacements but might be able to refund the purchase price. Also, these deck boxes should currently be in Aldi stores right now if you want to buy a brand new one. Good luck!
Any ideas? Can’t get 3 of the lock tabs to lock
I’m having the same problem.
Finally on the fifth try I got it to work. Gently tapped it with a rubber hammer and they clicked right in.
Betty are you talking about the 4 latches on the back of the lid . Because the wind caught ours, but the clips look fine.None of them broke. Can I just line them up and use small rubber ha.mer?
Try it .
Bizarre I had mine filled with plenty of weight and it kept falling over then , the wind ripped my lid off – carried it into the street and a truck ran over it and smashed it into a million pieces- so wish I could find a replacement and mine is the 80 gal
