Ambiano 3 Quart Digital Air Fryer Coming to Aldi

If you want the crispiness of fried food without all the oil and grease of a deep fryer, an air fryer is a game changer. This kitchen appliance is great for cooking meats, vegetables, and all kinds of foods.

My family started out with a small 2.75-quart air fryer from Aldi, and after a couple of years we upgraded to a larger 6-quart air fryer. We cook all kinds of things in it, including salmon, hash browns, asparagus, seasoned cauliflower, stuffed mushrooms, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, seasoned diced or sliced potatoes, chicken nuggets or patties, and any kind of breaded food such as egg rolls, spring rolls, mozzarella sticks, crab rangoon, and so on.

Aldi has sold a variety of air fryers over the years, including a compact one, a large 8-quart one, and a mid-sized 4-quart one. They’ve also sold a pressure cooker/air fryer combo and a power air fryer oven with rotisserie.

The latest air fryer to come down the pipeline at Aldi is a 3-quart digital air fryer.

What We Know:

Ambiano 3 Quart Digital Air Fryer

The Ambiano 3 Quart Digital Air Fryer (Product Code: 830204) is an Aldi Find, which means it’s only in stores for a short time. Each store gets one shipment, and after that sells out, it’s gone unless Aldi decides to bring it back later. You can’t order this online if it’s sold out at your local store.

This is scheduled to arrive in Aldi stores on January 24th, 2024.

The Ambiano 3 Quart Digital Air Fryer cost $39.99 at the time of publication. That’s less than what similar-sized air fryers go for on Amazon.

Here’s more information about the Aldi air fryer:

  • Features a 3.17-quart capacity
  • Offers digital temperature control from 140 F-400 F
  • Comes with eight different cooking programs
  • Includes pre-heating function and keep-warm function
  • Easy to use digital display has LED lighted controls
  • Includes dishwasher-safe frying basket
  • 1300W

This is sold under the Ambiano brand. That’s not a company. Instead, it’s the private label Aldi uses for various kitchen and home goods.

What We Don’t Know:

We haven’t purchased this air fryer, so we don’t know how well it works or how it holds up to regular use. We write open threads to provide readers with a place to discuss Aldi products.

  1. I’ve never really thought I needed an air fryer. I’m a single man and only eat at home 2 days a week. But at this price I feel like it’s pretty low risk.

  2. Just bought this 3 quart air fryer today and did a test drive. Feeling bold, I cooked up two separate items – broccoli and salmon fillets. Never used one of these appliances, but as the reviewer above said, their price made it easier to put in my cart. All that being said, I’ve got a lot to learn – and still managed to cook both (manual is key!) Love how easy it is to clean and to store below my counter. I’m looking forward to experimenting!

  3. Looks like a slightly smaller version of the the Phillips Essential Air Fryer for quite a bit less money.

  4. I purchased the Aldi compact air fryer last year and absolutely love it. I just purchased this model for my daughter and another for myself, and it works great too! I’ve found a couple of delicious recipes I modified making air fried chicken thighs using Trader Joe’s Peri-Peri sauce + butter. Season with Lawry’s season salt, spray with cooking oil, cook at 390 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn thighs over and cook for another 15 minutes (165 degrees with meat thermometer). Baste and dip in peri/butter sauce..delicious! We also make air fried teriyaki salmon bites for rice bowls.
