The Simplified Trader Joe’s Fearless Flyer: Fall 2024 Edition

Trader Joe’s — which is Aldi’s cousin — publishes a thorough and entertaining Fearless Flyer around holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, and at other times of year, including back-to-school season, and in the winter, summer, and late summer.

Heat it and pour over vanilla ice cream and top with Maple Spiced Nuts. Or, heat equal parts Pumpkin Butter and cream to create a sauce for tortellini or other pasta.
• Trader Joe’s Organic Maple Butter, $4.99 for 7 oz. Features maple syrup that’s been reduced down to its purest essence and whipped to a creamy consistency. Spread on French toast, mix into yogurt, or put it on a cheese board (TJ’s recommends it spread thinly on sharp cheddar).
• Honeycrisp Apple Granola, $3.99 for 12 oz. Includes toasted rolled oats and sliced, dried Honeycrisp apples with spices.

Appetizers:

• Trader Joe’s Chicken Uncured Bacon Ranch Dip, $5.49 for 12 oz. Features sour cream, cream cheese, buttermilk, sharp cheddar cheese, shredded rotisserie-style chicken breast, and pieces of uncured bacon, with a ranch-style seasoning blend that includes chives, parsley, dill, garlic, and onion. Serve with celery, carrots, corn chip dippers, pita crackers, or toasted baguette.
