This Week at Aldi: The Aldi Weekly Ad for March 23, 2022

Each week we highlight a few of the more interesting items in the upcoming Aldi weekly ad. Note that, in our area, the ad takes effect on Wednesday, but in some areas it may take effect as early as today, Sunday.

This week’s theme is self care items, frozen food highlights, gardening supplies, spring décor, kitchen goods, bedding, products for pets, bathroom accessories, automotive products, apparel, and various goods for around the home.

Aldi and other retailers continue to face supply chain snarls, temporary shortages, and shipping delays, so if there’s a particular Aldi Find you want and you haven’t yet seen it in your local store, don’t assume your Aldi will never stock it. It’s probably on its way. On a similar note, Aldi has been stealth releasing some products by stocking them on shelves but not advertising them, including a wood monitor stand we recently spotted. That’s also likely due to supply chain issues.

The Most Interesting Thing We Saw:

• Lightway LED Daylight Lamp, $24.99. This has a white light that mimics sunshine, which can be especially useful for people who deal with seasonal affective disorder or the “winter blues.” The lamp features color temperature, dimming, and timer controls. This offers 10,500 lux light to deliver full-spectrum white light therapy for a daily dose of sunshine. It measures 7.5″ x 6.3″ x 0.43″. It also features a three-setting color temperature control, five-setting dimming control, six-setting timer control, and touch control. Plugs into any standard AC outlet and is perfect to brighten up long winter months. Ideal for people who work indoors. This is the first time we’ve seen Aldi sell something like this.
